Today's housing must build possibilities. An apartment can be a high-rise lot; manage diversity. For this, the hydraulic and electrical infrastructure must be understood as the possibility of building freedom.

The project offers 4 basic areas or the sum of these: Module A: 80m2, Module B: 90m2, Module C: 105m2, Module D: 115 m2.

The Modules can be managed in three different ways or their possible combinations. To achieve this, each module is supported by 2 shafts, which allows any type of intervention to be carried out without problems with drainage and utility supply (gas, electricity, water, etc).

In addition to this system of flexibility, three options or variables were established for the client:

  1. Combos" were designed with the different components of a housing project: types of dressing rooms, types of bathrooms, types of kitchens, etc. Inhabitants buy bathroom 1 with kitchen 3, etc.
  2. The high-rise lot model arose as a response to the need, the desire of some people to build the apartment of "their dreams", allowing each owner to hire his own architect, simply by acquiring the free space of his housing unit.
  3. For each of the modules we designed 5 typology possibilities, trying to cover a series of variables: typology with one room, or with 2 rooms, open space, etc.

According to the chosen variable, windows and balconies can be located at the discretion of the new architect, the typology or the chosen combo. The result is diverse as a result of choice and necessity.

The facade is the result of a series of decisions made on the interior, functional and habitational components, and not a matter of composition.
