The terrain’s slope and drop in level called for an articulation of the programs on the ground floor and basement to create space for a garage and a second entrance. We also wanted to avoid positioning the house in the top of the hill and making it visible from afar, preferring instead to place the house lower, to highlight its roof condition.

The project is constantly investigating the interior space in relation to the roof, as well as the vanishing points of the flat roofs and the attempt to make a connection with the surrounding landscape.

To this end, the spatial strategy is articulated from a roof that unifies two different volumes in its use, one for the living areas, and another for the social area and a covered terrace.

This strategy refers to the typical constructions of the area: greenhouses that mark the landscape from the length and color of their roofs.
