Palmas House

Considering the location of Casa Palmas, a location on the mountain overlooking the valley of the city of Medellin, the house was designed to be a balcony – terrace.

The house turns towards the city, and a patio formed between the mountain at the back of the house and the house itself, generates a new space available for the enjoyment of children and family.

Casa Palmas is organized as a long strip located between the mountain and the city. Porosity appears when some "cracks" between the modules are inserted to connect the back patio with the urban landscape, creating a different between back and front.
