The site was understood more as a topography and the construction of an artificial landscape than that of a building to be constructed; an operative structure that seeks the re-construction and delimitation of the place. An institutional and artificial interpretation that seeks collective interaction and the casual encounter between existing and proposed topographies, a human theater for the enjoyment of the park.

The new "building" is intended to articulate with the topography and forces of the site and bring them to a point of maximum tension, encouraging interaction between people, defining the institutional image of the aquatic complex as a neutral building, transparent and stable over time in as a balcony overlooking the lake, an architecture of relative neutrality that assumes its value in its ability to relate events, topographies and in its formal neutrality.

The spatial conception is that of a social landscape in which the institutions (pools), the context (slopes, paths, etc.) and nature (trees, water) merge in a topographic and neutral interactive relationship.
